THE FIRST LTT IN ROMANIA
First Day (21.02.2022)
1) Cultural Visit - Bucharest - The Capital of Romania
The project partners had the opportunity to visit some of the most important tourist attractions of Bucharest-Parliament Palace, Antipa Museum and the National Museum of Art.

1) Welcome Speech and Brief Information about Project
The director of CSEI-Tg-Jiu, Mr. Nicu Baiu, sent a welcome message to all participants. The activities to open mobility in Romania were attended by Ms. Angelica Necsulea, school inspector for educational projects within the Gorj County School Inspectorate, together with two other representatives of the same institution. Ms. Vladoiu Adela, as coordinator of the Romanian project team, made a brief presentation of the mobility agenda.
The present participants introduced themselves briefly.
2) School tour
Guests were invited by the organizers on a tour of the school. They had the opportunity to meet the teachers and students of the school during the class activities.
3) The show - The magic of dance
The students of the school, guided by teachers Simona Sgondea and Dana Marcu, prepared a show in which they demonstrated their talent as dancers. The show featured a traditional Romanian dance, a modern dance, a waltz moment and an object dance (Umbrella Dance).
4) Dance curriculum
Romania presented a curriculum for dance that it created within the project. This curriculum was designed for a period of eight weeks, two hours a week. The competencies and activities in this curriculum took into account the characteristics of students with special educational needs. The partners had the curriculum presented in the folders and were able to discuss every aspect.
In the end, the dance curriculum received the approval of the project partners, and each of them will pilot it for eight weeks in their schools.
5) Cultural visit - Brancusi's works from Targu-Jiu
The cultural visit was organized to get to know the representative works of the famous sculptor Constantin Brancusi, located in Targu Jiu.
6) Discussion, analysis and evaluation. The day ended with discussions about activities, opinions on how to do the activities on the project, an analysis of the day, but also with discussions about future mobilities where students will be involved and how we can travel safely and to have physically mobilities.
- Third Day (23.02.2022)
1) Workshop- Art of Dansing
The workshop was organized in collaboration with the Constantin Brailoiu Art High School from Tg-Jiu, a high school that has specialists in the field of dance. The participants had the opportunity to observe the way in which a show with dance and music of several genres is built.
2) Dance education course
The dance course was given by Mr. Dragos Medrega, trainer, professional dancer at the "Doina Gorjului" Ensemble and coordinator of the "Nedeea" Ensemble from Novaci.
During the course, the trainer addressed both theoretical aspects regarding the role that dance plays in the development of students with special needs, as well as examples of good practice from his activity as a dance instructor.
3) Romanian traditional evening
The traditional Romanian evening was a workshop, in which the participants had the opportunity to learn some traditional Romanian dances. At the same time it was an exchange of experience, because each country presented a specific dance.
- Fourth Day (24.02.2022)
1) The certificate award ceremony
The certificate award ceremony took place in the hotel's conference room. Each participant received a certificate attesting to their participation in the mobility.
2) Cultural visit to Ranca and Novaci
We visited the mountain resort Ranca, representative of Gorj County and the town of Novaci, a picturesque town at the foot of the mountain where Romanian traditions are well preserved.
3) Workshop at the "Nedeea" Ensemble in Novaci
The partners in the project were first spectators of a shepherd dance suite, after which they were challenged to transform into students and together with the dancers of the ensemble they learned a dance specific to the Novaci-Gorj area.
