Friday, 16.12.2022
- Welcoming the participants
The welcome speech was given by Adela Vladoiu, the coordinator of the team from Romania and by Mr. Nicu Baiu, the director of the School Center for Inclusive Education Targu Jiu.
- Discussions on products in progress
Each partner country presented the results of the implementation of the last curriculum created within the project - Curriculum for ceramics proposed by the Italian partners. Italy joined the meeting online.
Each partner faced in the implementation of this curriculum with the too short time available to carry out the activities, but all the partners managed to realize the main proposed themes.
- Evaluation video, photo and social media posts
The Turkish coordinator of the project asked each partner to detail how they achieved the dissemination of the project's results during its implementation.
- Development of progress questionnaires
The creation of questionnaires addressed to teachers and students from all partner countries who were involved in the project's activities was discussed in order to be able to measure the impact the project had on them.
- Working for Final Reports
The partners discussed aspects related to how the final report should be made and the contribution that each of them should bring.

- Financial documents
The Turkish project coordinator has currently collected all the financial documents from the project coordinators in the partner countries.
- Final Report
Discussions regarding the final report were resumed, discussing which aspects will need to be carefully detailed within it - the curricula created in the five fields, their implementation in the partner institutions, the mobilities carried out, the dissemination of all activities
- Final Evaluation. Certificates
The certificate handing ceremony took place and each participant was invited to share some impressions at the end of the implementation of this project. In general, very good collaboration between the partners was highlighted, the special quality of the activities carried out, and above all the positive impact these activities had on the students with special educational requirements involved.

Evaluation of Meeting
   Each partner presented the results of the implementation of the ceramics curriculum
   Questionnaires were drafted for the teachers and students involved to measure the impact of the activities carried out on them
   The dissemination methods of the project used by each involved partner were reviewed
   Important aspects related to the creation of the final report of the project were clarified
   The financial documents were collected by the Turkish coordinating partner of the proje
