FIRST DAY (19.04.22)
1) Welcome and school presentation.
The participants are welcomed by the Headmaster, David Espinosa Salas. Virginia Vidal, Erasmus Coordinator, and Nuria Rufián, project coordinator, present the school and talk about the school experience in Theatre.
2) Cultural Trip to Almagro.
Participants visit Almagro, a well-known town because of its medieval theatre and which celebarates a famous classic theatre festival every summer.
3) Visit to local winery.
Wine is the most typical product in Valdepeñas, that’s why visiting a winery is important in order to get to know the local culture.
SECOND DAY (20.04.22)
1) Theatre Workshop.
Participants attend a theatre workshop directed by Nuria García-Pardo, theater director and director of the teathre school “Broadway Jr”. In this workshop, the participants learn different activities to implement with their students (including SEN students), dealing with aspects such as body expression, relaxation, breathing or voice projection. In addition, the participants take part in a puppet workshop, in which they can create their own puppets and do some exercises to practise with them.
THIRD DAY (21.04.22)
1) Meeting with the Adapted Vocational Training Group.
Participants visit the facilities in which the Adapted Vocational Training group have their lesson. They are students with intellectual disabilities who learn working skills related to Gardening and who, despite having lessons in their own class, participate with the rest of the students in the school activities.
2) Scape Room.
This scape room activities is an example of how to work theatrical skills with your students. In this scape room (organised with the participation of the students at school, including SEN students), the participants have to find the solution to different riddles and puzzles in order to solve a mistery.
3) Presentation of the Theatre Curriculum.
Nuria Rufián, project coordinator, and Pilar Sánchez, PE Teacher, present the theatre curriculum, which includes its purpose, introduction, objectives, content, assessable contents, methodology, core skills and competences and activities and .The participants ask questions about the implementation of this curriculum.
4) Presentation of the Conclusions of the Dance Curriculum.
Sergio Pedrera, Music Teacher, introduces the conclusions and results of the implementation of the Dance Curriculum at our school, and he shows videos of how our students have been taking part in this dance workshop, as well as the conclusions of the questionnaire prepared by the coordinating center. The Romanian coordinator, Adela Vladoiu, presents a video to accompany their conclusions and the rest of the schools coordinators comment how they have organised the implementation of the dance curriculum.
5) Video show in virtual reality.
Participants have the chance to see one of the dances practised by our students while using virtual reality goggles, experiencing this way the feeling of a real dance with the students.
FOURTH DAY (22.04.22)
1) Visit “Puy Fu Fou” park in Toledo.
Participants visit this theme park, which presents different theatrical shows related to the History of Spain. The shows can be seen in any language and are magnificent examples of theatrical shows.
